Role Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire supply chain operation, from defining the demand planning strategy to delivering finished products to the end market.
This is a key leadership role that requires strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive a continuous improvement culture and mindset.
Main Responsibilities
• To deliver operational excellence to customers
• Manage capacity and service plans
• Be the link between the full supply chain from Raw Materials, Production Plans, Packing and Transportation. Ensuring all other leads of the supply chain pillars are in continuous alignment to deliver.
• Conduct regular meetings and manage escalations to drive and improve the Supply Chain.
• Maintain close links to the demand team to ensure accurate forecasting across all departments match.
• Support and work with the supply chain team for customer meetings that will need to be set up at critical points throughout the year.
The Person
• Have excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders internal and external
• Be able to handle pressure easily
• Ability to demonstrate experience of running multifunctional team in a fast-paced business environmentÂ
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in supply chain management in a senior leadership role.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning.Â
