Employ Exec (A Global Food and Drink Executive Search Business) are proud to be partnering with one of the world’s largest food companies and a recognized leader in protein.
With a global HQ in the United States, and nearly 130,000 team members worldwide ,the European business is expanding rapidly and operating in nearly every market across Europe.
As part of their ambitious growth agenda, they are looking for a Senior Manager of Engineering & Maintenance to help drive forward one of their key sites in the Friesland province of the Netherlands.
The Person
This position will be ideally suited to somebody who can blend commercial and technical acumen in equal measure.
You will be take ownership of a multi-factory facility as it goes through a period of improvements both in terms of its maintenance programmes but also its overall culture.
A highly adept decision maker with the ability to forge strong internal and external relationships you will drive a Continuous Improvement culture as well as leading, managing and inspiring a team of exemplary professionals ensuring they are all trained to the correct standards.
With a background in Continuous Improvement, Plant Maintenance and experience of cross department cooperation (Production and others) you will be a strong people manager and leader able to gain the buy in of others and plot a cohesive roadmap to ensure the highest of standards are adhered to at all times.
Knowledge and experience of the Food and Drink Industry is preferred.
